Position : In – Dealership Trainer – Sales

Qualification : Graduate / MBA with 7 years of experience of which 2 years should be in an automobile dealership as a trainer

Responsibilities :
Responsible for executing in house induction
Preparation of requirement based training modules
Planning and ensuring adherence to KMI Training calendar
Hand-holding of week manpower through OJT
Coordinate with KMI Training team for training nomination and ensure 100% attendance
Regular In-house training intervention as prescribed by KMI Training Team
Ensure completion of WBTs and updation of manpower details on LMS/DMS
