Duties and Responsibilities

Managing a large number of incoming calls, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp
Managing customers’ accounts
Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
Reorder online inventory
Collect bank credentials of refund
Resolving delivery related complaints
Process non-display orders
Listing of new items for inventory
Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets
Reporting back on results
Ensure total customer satisfaction through excellent services.

Qualification: Degree or Equivalent
Location: Ernakulam
Language is known: English (Fluent in Speaking and writing ) Hindi (speaking), and other Indian languages.
