We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Make sure that management’s needs are met as projects evolve.
Translate blueprints into plans.
Knowledge in interior work (plywood, vineer plywood etc…)
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours and expenditures.
Monitor and review of the project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Excellent stakeholder coordination management skill.
Ensure standards and requirements are met.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Willing to travel
An ability to prepare and interpret the schedules and step-by-step action plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering field of study
