Hyundai Exter is a subcompact SUV (CUV) that was launched in India in March 2023. It is available in 17 variants, with a 1.2L Kappa petrol engine (E20 Fuel Ready) available with 5-speed manual transmission (5MT) and Smart Auto AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) and 1.2 l Bi-fuel Kappa petrol with CNG engine equipped with 5-speed Manual transmission.
The Exter is priced between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 10.10 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom pan-India). It is a 5-seater SUV, but it is ideally suited for four people. It gets 3-point seatbelts for all passengers, but Hyundai doesn’t offer the Exter with adjustable headrests for rear passengers.
