
Father-Son Duo: Jagadish and Basil
Falimy, a Malayalam film helmed by debut director Nithish Sahadev, stars Basil Joseph in the lead role, supported by Jagadish, Manju Pillai, Sandeep Pradeep, and Meenaraj in various roles. Produced by Lakshmi Warrier and Ganesh Menon under Cheers Entertainments and Amal Paulson under Sooper Dooper Films, the movie follows the success of Jan. E. Man and the super hit film “Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey.” The screenplay is a collaborative effort between the director and Sanjo Joseph.
The cinematography for “Falimy” is expertly handled by Bablu Aju, with Nidhin Raj Arol taking charge of the editing. Co-producers include John P. Abraham, Ramshi Ahamed, and Adarsh Narayanan, while Anoop Raj serves as the chief associate director.
True to its name, “Falimy” promises to be a family entertainer, with the first look glimpses video already making waves on social media. The teaser reveals Basil and Jagadish portraying the roles of father and son. The film’s title design is the creative work of Shyam C Shaji, and the much-anticipated full first look is set to be unveiled soon.
Initially, “Falimy” was conceived with Antony Varghese (Peppe) as the lead, produced by Aravind Kurup and Jude Anthany Joseph under Jude Antony Joseph Cinemas and Cytrus Production House. However, the project underwent a transformation with new actors and producers taking charge.
