Marketing Manager
Dynamic, flexible, versatile post graduate/graduate from an institute of repute with 5/10 years of experience having positive attitude and leadership qualities. Responsibilities include branding, coordinating with creative team and variety of conventional and digital media, executing and evaluating marketing campaigns etc.
Area Sales Manager -Modern Trade (ASM – MT)
A graduate with a minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, and must have handled ModernTradefora minimum of 3 years. ASM – MT will be responsible to get brand placement in all the Modern Trade -Chain Retail Outlets and stand alone Hyper Markets – across Kerala.
Area Sales Managers (ASM)
One each for South, Central & North Kerala
Preferably a Post-Graduate with minimum 10 years experience in FMCG Sales and in developing new markets. Should be capable of managing given territory and a team of 5 to 7 Business Development Managers. Responsibility includes appointing distributors, placing products in retail outlets and developing the market.
Business Development Managers (BDM)
One each in all 14 districts of Kerala
A graduate with not less than 5 years of experience in Food FMCG with capability to lead a 2 to 4 member sales team. Prime responsibility is to establish and develop the brand presence in all retail stores in the respective district and to work closely with the distributors. He / she have to place the products (FARM Rich Brand) in the district and work closely with the distributors.
Business Development Executives (BDE):
2 each in all 14 districts of Kerala
Applicant must have passed +2 and have a minimum 2 years of experience in Food FMCG sales. BDE will work closely with the distributor and will be reporting to Business Development Manager.
