Aware of legal aspects related to travel and VISA process
Understanding customer requirements
Resolve questions and be able to process all travel inquiries
Able to develop documented process for VISA process and Travel process for each country
Requirements
Ideal candidates shall have 3-4 years of experience in handling domestic, inbound and outbound holiday packages
Must have strong knowledge of tourist visa process Travel, tourism and hospitality experience desired
Candidates shall have good written and spoken proficiency in English language Critical thinker and problem solver
Proficiency in handling Microsoft Office such as excel, word
He/She is service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills
