ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

1) Manager-Administration

Graduates with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in educational institutions/hotels/hospitals with proven track record. The role includes managing administration, transportation, various outsourced activities, upkeep of the campus and facilities, liaising with all stake holders and overseeing the statutory compliances. Recently retired ex-service personnel with relevant experience and skills can also apply.

2) Accountants

M.Com / B.Com with at least 7 years experience in a reputed institution / company. Should be well – versed in standard accounting practices up to finalisation and familiar with Tally, ERP 9, TDS, PF & ESI matters and statutory payments.

3) Marketing Manager

Postgraduates from premier institutions with minimum 5 years of experience in reputed educational institutions/companies with proven track record. Should be well – versed in formulation and execution of brand building, lead generation and digital marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of the school and should be an impressive communicator with all stakeholders.

4) Admission Counsellors / Front Office Executives

Proactive and smart graduates with at least 2 years of experience. Should manage the end – to – end activities in admission right from lead generation to follow-up and lead closure. Should able to Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents.

5) Assistant Catering Manager

Degree/diploma holder in hotel management with minimum 5 years of experience in reputed hotels/institutions. Should be able to coordinate the operations of kitchens, dining, housekeeping, stores, boarding and other catering related activities. Ex-service personnel with relevant experience can also apply.

6) Maintenance Engineer

Degree/diploma holder with minimum 3-4 years of similar experience in premier educational institutions/hospitals/hotels. Should have basic knowledge in civil, electrical, IT, mechanical, automobile works and other activities related to upkeep of the campus. Candidates without required qualification but with relevant experience can also apply.

7) School Boarding – Resident Staff

Wardens – Male/ Female: Suitably qualified candidates with a minimum 5 years of experience in managing hostels in similar schools will be preferred.

Assistant Wardens/Dorm Parents-Male/Female: Suitably qualified candidates capable of managing children aged 8-18 years.

8) System Administrator

Graduates/diploma holders with knowledge in servers, networking and hardware administration with a minimum of 5 years experience in similar role in reputed institutions will be preferred.
