Team Leader, Counsellors & Regional Manager Sales – International School of Skill Development (ISSD)

TEAM LEADERS & COUNSELLORS
ISSD is a pan India operated Educational Institution lead by a management having over 30 years of experience in running Educational Institutions across India. In line with our expansion, we are on the lookout for seasoned professionals in various domains.

1. TEAM LEADER
Female Graduates with 5 to 6 years of experience as a counsellor and around 2 to 3 years of experience in leading a team of counsellors, in a reputed educational institute. Dynamic youngsters with a will to succeed and grow with a fast growing institution is what we are looking for. Salary shall be Rs. 35,000/- to 40,000/- P M

2. COUNSELLORS – FEMALE
(Work from Home basis) Candidates shall have at least 1 to 2 years of experience as an admission counsellor with any of the leading Educational Institution. Salary shall be in the range of Rs.20000/- to 24000/- PM Apart from salary attractive incentive of around 10 to 25k. per month is possible based on performance.

3. REGIONAL MANAGER SALES
Candidates with 10 or more years of experience in leading a team of female branch managers & centre heads, and having experience as a branch head of any leading Educational Institute. Must have proven ability to drive a team of sales professionals. Should be strong in sales forecasting, strategy development and achieve growth by hitting sales targets. Salary shall be in the range of Rs.50000/- to 60000/- p. m.
