Site Supervisor- Agac Interiors, Thiruvalla

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee interior projects and supervise the project team. The site supervisor’s responsibilities include ordering home supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new employees.

Responsibilities:

Inspect sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Supervising and instructing the Manufacturing team as well as subcontractors.
Maintaining an accurate record of employee attendance.
Evaluating the performance of employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
Analyzing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Recommending changes to interior design operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Requirements:

UNMARRIED MALE CANDIDATES ONLY
Diploma in interior design or experience in the equivalent fields, Construction, or related field is preferred.
Must have 2-3 Years of experience working as a site supervisor.
Working knowledge of interior design tools and equipment.
The ability to interpret blueprints.
Outstanding leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
