Skills:-

Must have 7 -12 years of work experience in information technology within at least 4-5 years as SCM & managing large and complex Agile projects.
CSM certification is must.
Extensive knowledge of Agile project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).Excellent knowledge of other Agile frameworks (SAFE, Lean, XP etc).
Guide and coach the sprint team on Agile / Scrum practices
Lead role in managing product backlog, Facilitator role in story and sprint planning and execution. Lead daily stand ups / downs and retrospectives.
OTT expertise is an added advantage.
