Sales Promoter- Luse Essentials Pvt Ltd, Edappally

We are looking for competitive retail sales/promoters who thrive in acquiring new customers. The successful candidate will play an important role in achieving our goal of customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for demonstrating the features of a product to the customers. Sales Promoters should be able to take questions, and attempt to persuade consumers or clients to buy the product. The position will be based INSIDE Mall’s Hypermarket ( Cosmetic Area )

Sales Promoters are responsible for attracting new customers and helping the company reach revenue targets. Roles & Responsibilities Identified interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information. So products being promoted and keep record of sales. Suggested specific product purchases to meet customers’ need. Learned about competitor’s products consumer’ interest and concerns in order to answer questions and provide more complete information Recommended product or service improvement to employers. Carried out sales promotions and merchandising of company’s product. Responsible to promote new products to customers. Consistently hit and exceeded sales target. Engage with customers in a sincere and friendly manner. Job Requirements High school diploma or similar. Experience in retail recommended, preferably in Cosmetic Industry. Verbal communication skills in English & Additional Benefits Commission over reaching targets.

Provide all the needed information on promoted products and services Arrange merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers Engage with customers and discover their wants and needs Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on product and promotions Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products Submit a daily sales report to the supervisor.

Qualification & Experience Required:
0 to 4 yrs. Preferably in luxury retailing.
Ability to understand and handle aspects of retail operational and merchandising – from the delivery of stock to the final sale of the product.
Should be able to share multiple instances of “Customer Delight” and strong “one-to-one relationship building”
