Responsible for the standard restaurant services and maintaining the restaurant up to the standard
Serve food and Beverage as per Standard Operating Procedures.
Know what’s on the Food and Beverage menu.
Ensure that guests are attended to, as quickly and efficiently as possible. Remember, you are the frontline of a service-first atmosphere.
Greet guests in a polite and courteous manner.
Check that the quality and presentation of food meets the set standards, before it is presented to the guests.
Ensure that the work area is clean and properly set up for the next shift.
Polish items like glassware, chinaware, silverware and utensils
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the work area.
Ensure that the side stations are well equipped and clean at all times.
Report any health and safety hazards to the Manager.
Ensure that all duties are carried out in line with the company Policy with high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene, correct uniforms and name badges
Carry out any other duties as and when directed by the superiors
Preferred Education: Hotel Management or equalling qualification.
Language: – Malayalam,Hindi, English and other languages
Experience: – 2-3 years of experience in 4 to 5 star hotel/ Restaurants is mandatory
