The Vacancy is for Operations Department. Candidates with good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and generation of E-way bills will be an advantage.
Candidates should be able to communicate in Hindi & Tamil Language Fluently and also should be willing to Relocate to other branches of Kosta (Vishakhapatnam, Gujarat, Chennai, Mangalore & Tuticorin).
Min 1 year of experience is Mandatory. After training session candidates will be sent to any of our other branches.
Only Male candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and interface with internal & external customers for transportation and delivery arrangements
Schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress and communicate changes on job status
Ensuring all customers’ deliveries is fulfilled and drivers are aware of specific customers’ requirements
Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of professional drivers with operational responsibilities to achieves the job specifications and complies with all relevant regulations and rules
Ensure all records in the Transport Department are accurately updated
Monitor & arranging of vehicles for periodic servicing, maintenance & inspections
Any other tasks as assigned
