Detailed Information

Handle local purchases for all departments by proper planning. Research new deals and suppliers and update Accounts.
Manage Home Deliveries & Couriers.
Handle Customer Enquiries and generate entries on Alteration, dyeing, Aging stock & Designing Orders in consultation with Manager in Incharge.
Generation of reports for various departments
Timely payment of utility bills in consultation with the Accounts Dept.
Co-ordinate with Floor Managers for monthly stock checking and updating
Coordinate with Kitchen team for providing refreshments during MDs visit.
Assist HR & Accounts dept. with any other duties as entrusted from time to time.
Handles cash transactions between customer and retail store in the absence of Cashier.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Required Experience – Minimum 1-year experience in Office assistant role of in accounts department
Computer skills – Tally, Excel,
Driving license : Four and Two wheeler
