Excellent Team player with exceptional negotiation skills. Identification and acquiring the project land. Knowledge about the construction related legal requirements of different types of land. Handling Vendors and agents related to construction/real estate fields. Coordination with different government agencies to obtain licenses, permit required for the development of land. Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in handling legal contract paper works. Obtaining contract works, preparing tenders and commercial bids, implementing and finishing the project works. Managing construction contract work schedules and budgets. Overseeing invoicing at the end of a contract work. Handling execution of government contract work at site.
