The job purpose includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of books, magazines, online and offline campaigns, websites, app and more. Your graphics should capture the attention and communicate the right message. The role includes, but is not limited to the below responsibilities.

Possess a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
Updation and upskilling with emerging technologies.
Work on assigned tasks and/or projects in a time-bound manner assuring with quality and standards expected by the Manager.
Design Social Media Posters, Advertisements, Brochures, Logos, Reports, and other media-related communication materials.
Understanding the need of the hour and work efficiently towards the completion of the task.
Able to perform re-work, touch-up and editing on the present designs.
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
Present good detailing of graphics and designs as per the requirement.
Liaise with different teams within the organization.
Create in-house designed imagery, charts and graphs, flow diagrams, infographics, presentation visuals, illustrations, publication design.
Ensure the brand and standards are upheld in all materials, including those created for both internal and external stakeholders.
Make sure all tasks executed are strategic, effective, and consistent as per the organization branding.
Develop products that are compatible with mobile devices, web, and print.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree – in Arts will be an added advantage.
Min. 3 – 4 years of work experience in capacity with the above-mentioned roles.
Specialization course and/or certification in Graphic Designing.
Experience with the Adobe creative suite of tools, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw.
Work experience related to Educational Sector is preferable.
