Rubco invites applications for the post of GENERAL MANAGER for immediate appointment at its Rubberised Coir Mattress factory at Kottayam.

Rubco and its Group Companies are renowned for their strong presence in Rubber, Rubber wood and Coconut oil based industries. The Group comprises of manufacturing units such as Rubber Wood Panels and Furniture, Rubberized Coir Mattress, Footwear (Hawai &PU), Spring Mattress, Virgin Coconut oil and copra based coconut oil. Rubco now invites applications for the post of GENERAL MANAGER for immediate appointments at its Rubberised Coir Mattress Factory at Kottayam.

General Manager : (Post Code RGM/22A)
Qualification and Experience: Graduation in Engineering and MBA with minimum 12 years post qualification experience in a factory as a Manager preferably in Coir Mattress Factory. Out of this at least 7 years should be in a Senior Manager position in a Factory with more than 200 nos. workforce. The candidate should have technical as well as administrative experience on handling large industrial undertakings. Those having proven track record and additional qualification in management will be an added advantage.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 60360-1560/4-66600-1880/5-76000-2200/5-87000-2350/3-94050 plus Dearness Allowance, HRA other allowance and benefits as per rule.
Age : Between : 32- 50 Years
