Coordinate plans of treatment, customer-focused care, and cost-effective utilization of services.

Implement and maintain patient care plans.

Monitor record, report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

Record patient information or data.

Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic test to identify and assess patient condition.

Guide and help nurses in nursing procedures.

Establish rapport with every staff and employees of the institution.
