Eligibility : Diploma in Civil or if any.
Experience : Minimum 2 to 5 years in Construction/ building maintenance.

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and repairing of buildings, grounds and associated equipment. Arrange samples to the clients/ projects for primary approval.
Schedule and ensures preventive maintenance are performed frequently on time.
Arrange/ delivery Bank related documents upon requirement.
