As a Customer Relationship Executive, you should be open to taking up any role assigned by the BM from time to time. The activities in the branch include sales of financial products, Collection of receivables, Back end operational activities, Customer calling and customer service, etc. The candidate needs to be good at communication, enthusiastic, dynamic, and preferably experienced in the financial industry – NBFC, Bank, Insurance company, etc.
