Experience with troubleshooting and debugging PHP and MySQL.
Installation and configuration of PHP Applications within Linux and Windows environments.

Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Practices the highest levels of technical competency, and uses technical knowledge to diagnose problems within customer environments.
Maintains successful customer relationships by maintaining a feedback score of 9.00 or greater.
Contributes to the company’s and department’s documentation efforts.
Responds to forum posts.
Offers solutions to customer problems and requirements.
Bachelors of Degree or Equivalent.
4+ years experience with hosting support or management.
Proficient using cPanel, WHMCS, FTP, domain and email management and other hosting related tasks.
Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company.
Familiarity of web hosting control panels APIs preferred.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Outstanding customer service skills in any situation.
Ability to troubleshoot a variety of hosting issues.
Experience with documenting procedures.
