Some of the important criteria we are considering:

Exposure to commercial closing with clients. (Negotiation & Rate Finalization).
We would need candidates with BD exposure of IT-ITES, Pharma, BFSI, or Facility Management Sector.
Relevant BD experience of a minimum of 2 years is a must.
