An Ambitious COO – Chief operating officer is one who can contribute immense value by intelligently planning and making Strategic decisions and above all is constantly learning. BrainLoop is an educational institution and PsyArch is an Architectural firm. We are looking for a dynamic MBA professional who is resourceful and shows good initiative. Also the desirable is design sensibility.

Responsibilities will include:

Coordinate and support different departments, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and provide creative solutions to any issues that may arise.
Evaluate business performance, track revenue, and research ways to increase profitability and reduce risks.
Understand each department’s functioning and help them meet their goals efficiently.
Communicate effectively with clients, customers, vendors, and third parties.
Negotiate settlements with external agencies for the best deals.
