The role oversees all day-to-day kitchen operations and is in charge of the entire kitchen. He/she supervises the chefs and the supporting staff of the kitchen and is responsible for the productivity of the team. The Catering supervisor also determines the menu changes, equipment, and ingredients that are necessary, and handles special menu requests. He/she manages the kitchen staff in compliance with all health and safety regulations by ensuring adherence to sanitary and safe food handling guidelines at all times.
