They should be able to think intuitively and speak convincingly when explaining the course details to the students over the phone or in person. They should demonstrate ownership attitude and a winning confidence while executing their job responsibility.
Responsibilities
Guide students over phone or/and in person through their course selection process at Lakshya.
Conduct consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls on daily basis with prospective students and their parents
Rapport building and converting the enquiries into admissions.
Listening to the queries and concerns of the students/parents and advise them accordingly.
Responsible for scheduling and conducting structured counselling sessions over phone or video.
Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in sales or customer service.
0 to 5 years prior experience, preferably in Edu-tech, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Hospitality, Pharma, Education industry.
Have good communication skills in English and Regional Language (Malayalam) with professional presentation.
Sound knowledge and understanding of customer behavior.
Should possess good learning orientation, willing to upgrade one’s own product knowledge, sales skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed given sales targets.
Hand-on knowledge of computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Ambitious and Go-getter attitude, good team player.
