The applicants should submit the equivalency certificate and eligibility certificate from the Calicut University along with the application. Application forms are available from the Management Office of the Mar Dionysius College, Pazhanji on payment of Rs. 700/- in person (750/-by post) or can be downloaded from the given website. In case submitting a downloaded application form, a D.D. of Rs. 700/- in favour of Mar Dionysius College, payable at the Canara Bank, Pazhanji, 680542 should be enclosed. The dully filled application should be send to the Manager, Mar Dionysius College, Bishops House, Arthat P.0. 680 521 within 30 days from the date of publication of this notification in the dailies. Incomplete application will be rejected.
