Cochin International Airport Limited invites applications for the following position :

Rs.1,50,000-3%-3,00,000 [ For Executive Director grade] /
Rs.1,20,000-3%-2,80,000 [ For General Manager grade]
Qualification: BTech/BE or equivalent in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/EEE/ECE[Full Time Course] with MBA
Experience : For appointment in the grade of Executive Director(ED), minimum 25 years of post qualification experience in managerial positions in core airport operations management, out of which 10 years should be in a senior management position and minimum 2 years as General Manager or equivalent.
If suitable candidates are not available for ED position, candidates with lesser experience will be considered for General Manager(GM) position for which the criteria would be as follows :
Minimum 20 years of post qualification experience in managerial positions in core airport operations, out of which 5 years should be in a senior management position and minimum 2 years as AGM/DGM or equivalent.
The incumbent should be conversant in all aspects of airport operations and aviation related functions and should have worked for atleast 5 years in airports having yearly passenger traffic of minimum 5 to 15 million.
Association in the planning, development and operation/maintenance of greenfield airports would be considered as a desirable experience.
Age : Shall not exceed 53 years as on the last date for submission of applications
(For Internal Candidates having minimum 2 years of experience as AGM/DGM, relaxation upto a maximum of 2 years will be given in age & total managerial experience in relevant field)
Selected candidate will be appointed on probation. Candidate found to be meeting the medical fitness criteria as specified by the Company will only be considered for appointment. Probation period will be normally for one year, on successful completion of which confirmation in the regular service of the Company will be considered. Probation period is liable to be extended at the discretion of the management.
Remuneration package will include Basic Pay, Industrial DA, House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Medical reimbursement, Conveyance facility etc., as per Company Rules.
As per the present pay package (due for revision), Gross salary excluding fringe benefits would be approximately Rs.2,85,000/- per month for Executive Director. CTC will be Rs.4,00,000/- p.m. For General Manager, Gross salary excluding fringe benefits will be approximately Rs.2,28,000/- p.m. and CTC will be Rs.3,30,000/- p.m.
