Department Of Museums & Zoos NOTIFICATION INVITING TENDER (NIT)

Accredited agencies which are having capability to execute works directly using their own in house infrastructure facilities, man power and or cost effective techniquesetc.asstated inPara3.2ofG.O.(P) No.67/2021/Findated28.4.2021 are requested to submit their competitive offer on centage charges (in percentage) excluding applicable GST as Non Project Management Consultant for the below mentioned work for Department of Museums and Zoos.This offer shall be addressed and submitted to “The Director, Department of Museums and Zoos, Vikasbhavan P.O., Vellayambalam,Thiruvananthapuram – 695033” on or before 31.7.2022 by 3.00 PM in sealed cover.

Details of works: forwarding appropriate design, Preparation of Drawings, Preparation of Estimate (using PRICE software) and execution of Civil, Interior works, Flooring, Plumbing, Electrical, Networking, Airconditioning and allied works for constructing Theyyam Museum and setting up of display for the Museum at Chanthapura, Kannur after obtaining approval from the Government of Kerala. Along with the offer for centage charges, a concept design suitable for Theyyam Museum and the proposed land is also to be forwarded.The site for the proposed Museums is 90 cent land at Chanthapura, Kannur.

Time of completion of work: 6 months from the date of issue of work order.The work has to be executed strictly confirming to the relevant standards and GO (P) No. 67/2021/Fin dated 28.4.2021
