Customer Care Executive Job Vacancy At Calicut Landmark Builders

Assist in Customer Services.
Ensure proper handover of customer from sales department at the time of agreement signing.
Ensure all relevant customer information is available.
Open customer form.
Assist in maintaining customer database.
Track status of customer order.
Assist in arranging finance for customers.
Inform the customer of payment schedule.
Inform the customer of construction schedule on a monthly basis.
Collect and document all extra work required by the customer.
Assist in coordinating with Projects department to ensure that all extra work is done.
Invoice the customer and collect instalments.
Assist customers in registration and other legal formalities.
Plan and execute delivery of finished product.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Respond to information requests.
Manage customer complaints.
Capture customer feedback.
Manage and expedite receivables.
Coordinate with Finance & Accounts department on receivables.
Assist in managing delivery services like handover and property management.
Contribute in achieving group collection target.
Maintain records of clients including all details of customer requirements, personal details and any kind of complaints.
Any other work assigned by management from time to time.
