The CK Warehouse team have been in theWarehouse field for the past 25 years.We have a warehouse at Calicut (50000 sq ft) and tirur (20000s sq ft). Recently, envisaging the growing requirements of storage space we decided to start a new venture at Walayar. It is a corridor to Kerala, Tamilnadu and Karnataka where the transportation access to the above states are very easy.

- The premises cover an area of 65000 sq ft carpet area in 5 acres of land situated in the central part of Kerala. i.e. 332 kms to Kasargod and 352 kms to Thiruvananthapuram.
- National highway is just 2 kms away. Walayar and Velanthavalam check posts are just 2 kms away. Cochin, Coimbatore and Palghat are 152, 29 and 25 kms respectively away from us.
- Walayar railway station 3.7 kms, Coimbatore airport 47 kms and Cochin port 152 kms.

Comparison Between Warehouses At Walayar And Cochin
- As mentioned Walayar is situated in the central part of Kerala. Whereas one has to travel 160 kms extra to reach Cochin.
- Highway here as mentioned is just 2 kms away from our premises. But most of the space areas at Cochin are far away. ie. in rural areas.
- At Cochin the rent structures ranges from Rs. 25 to 35/ sq ft. Whereas ours is around Rs. 20, that too in a newly built fresh building.
- Since Coimbatore is just 29 kms away from our warehouse, Tamilnadu transportation becomes easier and cheaper saving rent, staff and fuel. Moreover since tax percentage is same as Kerala, that too is beneficial.
- The Top companies choose this area as their supply point, considering the easy access to the 3 states.
