Kerala Kaumudy daily is geared up to start new channel that is its new project as it has completed 100 years since its inception. The new channel Kaumudy TV channel will soon begin its transmission. The test broadcast already started and the real telecast will start soon.
The Kaumudy channel will have its main office and studio at Trivandrum. The channel will be up linked from Tata Telecommunications, Ambathur, Chennai.
The logo of the channel was released along with the first volume of the ‘History of Kerala Kaumudi’ by honourable Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh on February 12,2010 connected with Kaumudy group’s 100 years celebration.
The channel is now available throughout Asia and in some parts of Australia. Kaumudy channel employs the High Definition (HD) technology which ensures high quality sound and picture.
